Siksika Nation man airlifted to Calgary hospital after stabbing
A 30-year-old male from the Siksika First Nation was airlifted to a hospital after suffering “a number of penetrating traumas.”
A STARS spokesperson says one of their helicopters met a ground ambulance carrying the patient from Siksika, and then airlifted him to Foothills Hospital in Calgary.
According to AHS, the victim had a number of penetrating wounds, but there’s no word on his condition, or whether anyone has been arrested.
STAR-1 (Calgary) has been dispatched for a scene call emergency in the Siksika Nation area.
