UofA Botanic Garden opened for the summer on May 7th

On May 7th the University of Alberta Botanic Gardens (UABG) opened their doors for the summer with some new features for everyone to check out.

The showhouses are now open after being closed to the public over the past two years. The tropical, arid and temperature houses are an escape into fascinating biomes filled with plants from around the world.

Josee Walters is the General Experience Manager at the UofA Botanic Garden and joined the Windspeaker Radio Morning Show to discuss the opening and what people can expect for 2022.

The UABG will be open from the summer and their schedule for May will be: 10am-5pm daily. For more details you can head over to their website.
