Like many Food Banks across the province of Alberta, the demand for assistance in filling up the cupboards at home with the need of food hampers is at an all-time high.
Lethbridge Food Bank executive director Mac Nichol says that he see's the high demand of food hamper requests since March of 2022.

Nichol says that with the high demand of output, the Lethbridge Food Bank ensures to be their to help those who need it most
During this time of the year, Lethbridge Food Bank gives out Christmas Hampers, according to Nichol, over 700 households will be served with food for the holidays.

Nichol says their are many ways for the community help the Lethbridge Food Bank, such as volunteering and food donations and funds.
