A Strathmore student has suffered minor injuries, and a woman is in life-threatening condition, following a crash involving a school bus east of Calgary Tuesday morning.
RCMP say the bus was stopped on Township road 240 in Wheatland County, picking up students, when it was rear-ended by a pickup truck.
The crash pushed the bus forward, causing a mirror on the bus to strike a student.
The student was treated at the scene by EMS and released.
The driver of the pickup was airlifted to hospital by STARS in critical condition, the passenger suffered serious injuries.
