Duc Florestal, 25, of Calgary was arrested and found to be managing sex trade workers
A traffic stop on Siksika Nation on June 4th has resulted in the uncovering of a prostitution ring.
On Tuesday at about 3 p.m. Gleichen RCMP, assisted by Wheatland County, stopped a suspicious vehicle on Highway 901 on Siksika Nation.
The vehicle occupants were in possession of drugs and an investigation revealed they were in transport to conduct illicit activities when they were stopped.
Duc Floestal of Calgary has been charged with: Offering to provide sexual services for consideration, receiving material benefit derived from the commission of an offence, transport to a bawdy house, proceeds of crime, and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
Florestal was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Siksika Provincial Court on July 25.
